Madiba had just commenced his tenure of being the first president of South Africa when he said this and there is nothing anonymous of the struggle,persistence and courage that gave his beloved country and countrymen independence. This was 17 years ago and as of now , SA is the most developed country in Africa , how?

Well ,the quote says it all,Education is the key to opening the minds of the youth and in building a country that will flourish and rub shoulders with the most developed states of the world.

My name is Hitesh Pankhania and I have a dream,a dream devoted to the brightest future for the youth of our city of Kolwezi,our province of Lualaba and our country of the Democratic Republic of Congo and this is my first step in making the change that the children of our country deserve.

There is a tiny little story behind the idea of the conception of the school and the lead character is none other than a school going child called Marie who hails from a little village in the outskirts of Kolwezi.A 9 year old who goes to school and is studying in the 3rd primary ,a girl who cant read or write or speak correctly and I couldn’t resist but to ask her parents of the problem,hours passed by that day but when we left ,my family and I were convinced that things had to change and in the next 9 months here we are , Royal International Academy of Lualaba.

Education should be about modern techniques, productive workforce and affordable tarrifs ,the three pillars on which the idea of this school took birth,thecomendments we will respect for years to come.

Intellect , Compassion , Competence and Vision will be the life changing traits that we will ingrain in the students which will help them achieve anything they desire in any fields they desire in any part of the world they desire.

After thorough research and following the international standards and norms we have an exemplary 5 year plan that will require maximum utilization of resources and workforce dedication.

The elementary years will be used to create a foundation for the educational upgradation that we wish to influx in the national programme of the democratic republic of congo .

Secondly building a state of the art infrastructure that will facilitate all curricular and extra curricular activities like sports ( indoor and outdoor) , arts and recreational spaces for students to find their hidden talents and last but not the least compiling of the research and development department to work on the requirements of the future employment needs to produce effective working options for the students.

In the middle years ,the focus will be on increasing the number of classes and progressing with higher level classes to make sure students will not need to migrate to attain quality education.

In the final year of the action plan ,we tend to build an infrastructure that can allow students to be submerged in the programme entirely by making hostels and dorms in the campus itself .The importance of this will be to manage the timings of the children and utilizing the same so they can give their 100% in every field required be it curricular or non curricular. The children will learn discipline and how to make use of available resources, the lessons that will live as long as they do.

With this facility in place we will be able to facilitate students from other provinces and states who cannot easily find this quality of education in their own surroundings, we have a strong belief about this requirement to the educational sector and see it as a stepping stone to the development of our country.
